Weight loss… it is possible!
You just have to stop making the same old excuses week after week, month after month and for a lot of people who are STILL in the same position that they were 12/24/36 months ago…YEAR AFTER YEAR!
If you’ve continually tried and failed to lose weight in the last few months/years then it is obviously important to you so stop finding excuses as to why you can’t or won’t do all that is required to achieve it!

•Do you feel DEMOTIVATED to exercise leaving you frustrated and LOW IN CONFIDENCE?
•Do you find it difficult to stay DISCIPLINED with your nutrition for a SUSTAINED period of time?
•Do you feel in an ENDLESS CYCLE of trying to lose weight but can’t seem to MAINTAIN it?
•Do you feel UNCOMFORTABLE in your clothes but can’t seem to find the MOTIVATION to make the necessary steps to change?
•Do you lack ACCOUNTABILITY required for you to stay focused for any length of time?

If YOU are relating to this blog so far then it is more than likely that the reason you have not achieved your fat loss goal is……. YOU!
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬:
•I don’t have time to exercise
•I’m too tired to exercise
•The gym isn’t for me, it scares me
•I can’t afford the gym (how much do you spend on non essential stuff?)
•I eat healthy but just can’t seem to lose weight!
•My problem is I don’t eat enough!
•Iv had a rubbish day at work.
I could write a blog on all of the above excuses but for now I have just highlighted them.
Over the years myself and Kell have helped hundreds of people achieve their weight loss goal. These people had families, have kids, work long hours, run their own businesses etc etc.
The difference between these people and people who find excuses is they placed their weight loss goal as a HIGH VALUE in their life and committed themselves to it, REGARDLESS OF THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES!
They did what we asked of them and were completely honest with us throughout.
It is also not a 100% client success rate. Far from it! Unfortunately and without doubt the most frustrating part of our job is when clients don’t give us the required time, trust, patience and commitment required to achieve their goal.
THAT IS REALLY ALL THAT IS REQUIRED!
Ultimately we have found that it is very hard to change people who don’t really want to make a change bad enough.

IF you have continually failed to achieve your weight loss goal by going at it by yourself without a coach or even a friend on a similar plan, then you will more than likely continue to fail until you decide to VALUE how much it really means to you and get help!
Even then IF you do seek out help you do still need to de disciplined with your training and nutrition and be honest with yourself and your coach throughout.
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1-Be honest with yourself and accept that you just ‘like the idea’ of losing weight and probably aren’t ever going to change your ways, so you may as well appreciate all the good things you do have in your life and be thankful for that because you probably aren’t ever going to change your physique.
2-IF your current physique does ‘genuinally’ leave you feeling all of the above bullet points mentioned at the start of this post then look yourself in the mirror, be honest with yourself and do everything you can to achieve your goal.
