The festive period has a way of making us all a little bit fuller doesn’t it. And then along comes January and we want that fullness off as quick as possible….right?
New year new me and all that…right!
From our experience of helping hundreds of clients achieve their weight loss goals over the years we cannot stress enough the importance of applying the following mind set as you approach the new year…..
“𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙭𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙖 𝙎𝙐𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙀𝘿 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡”-𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙊𝘿!
We also strongly advise you also avoid “fad” diets promising you quick fix solutions as these will inevitably lead you to being in the exact same position you started the year in.
🔸Here are a couple of questions to ask yourself:
Q1-Did you start 2022 determined to finally achieve your weight loss goals?
Q2-As we start 2023 are you in exactly the same position you were in at the start of the year, or worse?
If you answered yes to both of these questions then ask yourself why?
Below is Josh who achieved 4 stone weight loss with us last year (2022) at an average of 2lbs loss per week (don’t compare yourself to that average loss as his start point is a determining factor)

Ultimately it comes down to how high of a priority you hold weight loss in your life.
Believe in yourself and make 2023 your year for change! You will feel absolutely amazing for it 👌
