Why 99% of you need a coach!

All too often on the journey of health and fitness we see people try, try again and eventually fail. 

I spoke a few weeks ago during a blog about having trust and patience in the process and ultimately by not accomplishing either of those factors ending up back at square one over and over. 

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬, 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲, 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭.

Now if you are able to have self discipline and take yourself from A to B to Z without any hurdles or speed bumps along the way affecting your mindset then you are in the minority. 

I am a coach…who needs a coach. To give you context to what I’m saying. It helps me progress. It keeps me on track. 

It’s very rare to be super human strong willed. Great. But rare. 

If you are in the 99% of people who benefit more from having a coach then this blog is definitely for you. 

You start a process. Week 1 is going really well, you feel better in yourself, you have more energy, you have less inflammation, the scales move a little and you feel super motivated for the weeks ahead. 

Week 4 comes around and the scales hault. It throws you. So you step on again the next day and the same thing happens. (COMPLETELY normal by the way). 

It throws you again. So you think it’s not working and start searching for something else, another method. Anything right? Because this isn’t what’s suppose to happen. 

Well actually…it can do. But you don’t know this so you just give in anyway. 

Back at square 1 and starting all over again. 

Now, if you have a coach to support you, give you the knowledge to explain why this has happened and give the encouragement to keep moving forward, it’s a little bit easier to not give up. You have faith in that person who knows what they are talking about. 

A client of mine who has just recently finished a physique transformation program will openly admit that the scales impacted her thinking on how she was progressing. She questioned herself throughout and threw the towel in 3 weeks out from the end of her transformation. 

But, with the constant support throughout the whole process and the extra support that she needed at that particular point to get back up and push through, she decided to trust the process, trust me and carry on. 

It’s my job to get a client to A to B to Z and I will do everything I can to get them there. I’m invested and on their journey with them. 

Because it means a lot to them. I’m there to help not only with the physical part but also the mindset and mentality aspect. 

Ultimately, my client ended up with actual abs and some shoulders to be bloody proud of 😉💪🏼. 

Had she packed it in…she wouldn’t have achieved that amazing end result that she strongly desired. She would have been back to square 1. 

Do you see what I’m saying? 

Let me put this out there to you…when you buy a house, you go to a mortgage adviser right? You have someone do the hard work for you and point you in the right direction. They get you the house that you desire. 

The right coach will do this for your physique. 

And we all know that when we feel comfortable about our body image, we shine.
