  • I can’t afford a gym membership or coach.
  • What if people judge me?
  • Iโ€™m nervous about joining a gym.

Theyย ๐’๐“๐Ž๐๐๐„๐ƒย viewing it as something that is a โ€œside gigโ€ that they will do โ€œifโ€ they have the time.ย 

Until youย ๐…๐ˆ๐๐€๐‹๐‹๐˜ย ๐ƒ๐„๐‚๐ˆ๐ƒ๐„ย to push exercise and healthy eating up your priority list then you willย ๐‚๐Ž๐๐“๐ˆ๐๐”๐„ย ๐“๐Žย ๐…๐„๐„๐‹ย ๐…๐‘๐”๐’๐“๐‘๐€๐“๐„๐ƒ.

๐’๐ญ๐จ๐ฉย ๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ย ๐ž๐ฑ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ! Stop procrastinating and stop giving yourself reasons why achieving your goal isnโ€™t that important to you.ย
