How many times this year have you said to yourself…
โ๐โ๐ก๐ก ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฉ ๐ฃ๐๐ญ๐ฉ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ โ
You may well have committed to improving your health and fitness at some point but lost patience and motivation because you didnโt see huge improvements in the first few weeks.
This is usually followed by filling your head with excuses as to why it isnโt the right time for you to lose weight at this moment in time.
One thing however is certain……..
If YOU have tried to make improvement but quit several times in the last 12 months, or even years then you do genuinely have a strong desire to LOSE WEIGHT!

Everybodyโs time frame to achieving their goal is different depending on their start point, and you may well look at your potential journey and find it so overwhelming that just taking that first step is a struggle.
It’s important to accept that if you have spent months or years gaining weight then you can’t expect to lose that weight as quickly as possible.
Just think where you will be in 12 months time IF you were finally ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐!
Because that is what it will take!
