Christmas time has a way of making us all a little bit fuller doesn’t it. And then along comes January and we want that fullness off as quick as possible….right?
New year new me and all that…right!
From our experience of helping hundreds of clients achieve their weight loss goals over the years we cannot stress enough the importance of applying the following mind set as you approach the new year…..

We also strongly advise you avoid “fad” diets promising you quick fix solutions as these will inevitably lead you to being in the exact same position you started the year in.
🔸Now here are a couple of questions to ask yourself that could well give you a reality check…….
Q1-Did you start this year determined to finally achieve your weight loss goals?
Q2-As the year now draws to a close are you in exactly the same position you were in at the start of the year?
If you answered yes to both of these questions then ask yourself why?
Yes it had been a tough year due to the pandemic but you can’t continue using that as an excuse IF weight loss is a high priority your life.
