5 key points to consider when starting your weight loss journey in January

Christmas time has a way of making us all a little bit fuller doesnโ€™t it. And then along comes January and we want that fullness off as quick as possible….right?

New year new me and all that…right!

From our experience of helping hundreds of clients achieve their weight loss goals over the years we cannot stress enough the importance of applying the following mind set as you approach the new year…..

We also strongly advise you avoid โ€œfadโ€ diets promising you quick fix solutions as these will inevitably lead you to being in the exact same position you started the year in.

๐Ÿ”ธNow here are a couple of questions to ask yourself that could well give you a reality check…….

Q1-Did you start this year determined to finally achieve your weight loss goals?

Q2-As the year now draws to a close are you in exactly the same position you were in at the start of the year?

If you answered yes to both of these questions then ask yourself why?

Yes it had been a tough year due to the pandemic but you canโ€™t continue using that as an excuse IF weight loss is a high priority your life.

Below are two of our best weight loss transformations from this year. They both applied the 5 key points we mentioned at the start of this blog throughout the year. Including lockdowns.
