𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨:
•I’m not sure if I can afford a gym membership or PT.
•What if people judge me?
•I’m nervous about joining a gym.
•I’m too unfit to get started.
•I don’t have time to exercise or eat healthy.
All of these scenarios are just 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐒 and the one that grinds on me the most is the “𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞” excuse.

They 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃 viewing it as something that is a “side thing” that they will do “if” they have the time.
In my opinion, other than family and work there really is nothing more important that looking after your body.
Health is wealth and although I say it many times, I will say it again…
“𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚 𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞”.
You think better, you feel better and you are more positive and happy around those closest to you.
Until you 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐃𝐄 to push exercise and healthy eating up your priority list then you will 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋 𝐅𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃.
𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬! Stop procrastinating and stop giving yourself reasons why achieving your goal isn’t that important to you.
If it is something that you think about every day then it is very important to you.
