It’s no secret that by looking after your body it will inevitably do you a massive favour.
Your reward will be a healthy body that has the ability to function for longer.
Add this is of course alongside fuelling your body with wholesome food choices and a balanced eating structure…you’re basically INVINCIBLE .
In all seriousness, looking after your body through exercise and a whole food diet is the best thing that you could do for yourself.
* Increased heart health
* Managing blood sugar levels and insulin
* Improved brain function
* Strengthen muscles and bones
* Better mental clarity and stress management
These are just a handful of reasons. The list is pretty endless.
A few weeks ago I turned 37 years old.
Upon posting a few birthday photos to social media of which contained birthday candles of my age I was hit with messages such as…
“No way are you 37!”
“37 what’s your secret?”
“Kelly, I cannot believe you are 37! I wouldn’t have put you there at all!”.
It’s no coincidence to the above that I value health and fitness as a top priority my life.
It has literally taken years off of how I physically look but also, how I function.
I take care of myself and the body that homes me.

More so than aesthetics, it is highly important to look after your body. It’s your day to day cocoon. If it doesn’t function correctly then what are you left with?!
