As coaches it can seem at times we are โon repeatโ when it comes to offering advice on how to achieve your health & fitness goals.

The funny thing is the advice we give is common knowledgeโฆโฆ.

stay patient, be consistent, eat healthy, get your steps in, follow your plans, hit your macros, be honest with your coach etc etc etc.

The list is pretty long and in all honesty it can feel a little repetitive when offering it out. (I bet it can seem repetitive reading the same advice, right?
)

Every time I offer out advice I genuinely hope it reaches people the right way to help them achieve their goals, because I know from helping hundreds of clients over the years just how much of a game changer it is once they get there

This is without doubt why so many people fail to achieve their desired outcome. They just arenโt able to be consistent enough for long enough.

They will quite often be โperfectโ for a short period of time BUT as soon as a โtriggerโ happens such as holiday, birthday, weekend away etc they use that as a way of regressing back into old habits.
.
This is why having a coach is something most people need but arenโt prepared to invest in.
